Raymond D. Redner, GAA/RAA is dedicated to giving you prompt, professional service for all your real estate appraisal needs.  From the moment he takes your order until the time you receive your detailed appraisal report, Ray prides himself in producing and delivering a high-quality product in a personalized and efficient manner.

It is his company policy to turn all appraisal assignments around within ten business days. If he cannot meet a deadline, he will notify you as soon as possible of any delay.  You can receive an up-to-the-minute status report at any time during the process, based in part on his modern fully-computerized office.  If and when you have special needs, he will do his best to accommodate your requests.

Ray has more than three decades of experience in real estate appraising in the greater New York area, specifically Manhattan, Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, Delaware, and Sullivan counties.  He also works in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

All reports are completed in accordance with USPAP and FIRREA guidelines and in conjunction with the state appraiser laws of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Ray currently holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in all three states. He is a designated member of the National Association of Realtors holding the GAA/RAA  appraisal designation,  A  national real estate membership organization that encourages member education and high work ethic standards.
