Raymond D. Redner EARNS APPRAISAL DESIGNATION
Raymond D. Redner, Westbrookville, NY, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser has earned the General and Residential Accredited Appraiser RAA and GAA designations from the National Association of REALTORSÒ .
Redner, an appraiser since 1979, holds membership in the National Association of REALTORS®, He has
more than three decades of experience in real estate appraising in the greater New
York area, specifically Manhattan, Ulster, Greene, Columbia, Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester,
Rockland, Delaware, and Sullivan counties. He also works in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The RAA and GAA designations are awarded on an ongoing basis throughout the year and recognize a high level of professionalism and commitment to the industry by members of NAR who meet specified qualifications. Program qualifications to earn a designation include membership in NAR, successful completion of several educational requirements, experience in the industry and state certification. NAR’s Appraisal Designation Program has been designating members since 1994.
“These designations signify that the appraiser who earns them has gone beyond the minimum requirements to become certified in this field,” said Bob Galliher, GAA designee, REALTORÒ from NY.
“Designees are more professional in their appraisal practices because of the added educational and experience requirements that come along with earning a designation,” Galliher added.
Redner’s participation in the National Association of REALTORS® Appraisal Group and in the RAA/GAA designation program reflects his commitment to professional integrity, trustworthiness and advancement in the field of appraisal.
